These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Max Gloss Detailing website and your booking of mobile detailing services with us. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Services

Max Gloss Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at the location you specify, subject to availability within our service area. Package descriptions, pricing, and duration estimates listed on our Services page are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and add-on requests.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed once we've responded to your quote request with a scheduled time. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed location and time, including a suitable parking spot. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if site conditions (severe weather, unsafe access, lack of parking) prevent us from completing the work safely.

Vehicle Condition

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to your appointment. While we take care with every vehicle, Max Gloss Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle during service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at booking.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We stand behind our work and will do our best to address any concerns promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Gloss Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
