These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the maxglossdetailing.com website and to requesting mobile detailing service from Max Gloss Mobile Detailing LLC, doing business as Max Gloss Detailing("Max Gloss Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who We Are
Max Gloss Detailing is a mobile auto detailing business based in Gilbert, AZ, serving Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix. We are mobile and by appointment only, so we do not operate a walk-in location. You can reach us at (480) 631-7701 or maxglossmobiledetailing@gmail.com.
2. Our Services
We provide mobile automotive detailing at a location you specify, within our service area and subject to availability. Service names, descriptions, and any figures shown on our Services pages are general information, not a fixed quote. The final scope and price depend on your vehicle's size and condition and any add-ons you request, and are confirmed with you before work begins.
3. Quotes and Appointments
Our website lets you request a quote or an appointment. A request is not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is scheduled only after we respond and agree on a time with you. We do our best to arrive within the agreed window, but timing can shift due to weather, travel, or the job before yours.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead when possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which we will tell you about before charging it.
4. Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Max Gloss Mobile Detailing LLC about your quote, appointment, and service, such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.
5. Access and Site Conditions
Because we come to you, you are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed location and time, including a suitable place to park and work. We arrive with our own equipment. We may reschedule or decline service if conditions such as severe weather, unsafe surroundings, or lack of access prevent us from completing the work safely.
6. Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings
Please remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We take care with every vehicle we service, but Max Gloss Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical issues, or personal items left in the vehicle during service.
7. Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the service is complete, using the payment methods we confirm with you at booking. We do not collect payment through this website. If your vehicle's condition is materially different from what was described when you booked, the price may be adjusted, and we will discuss any change with you first.
8. Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can look into it and make it right where we can.
9. Website Content
The content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Max Gloss Detailingor is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reuse it for other purposes without our permission.
10. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website uses third-party tools and links, such as an embedded contact form, a customer review widget, embedded video, and links to social media and map listings. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, current, or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Max Gloss Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
